The world been changed especially the view to woman role in society
. Despite the fact that some societies
and groups look at woman working as a shame
however the societies are more open to the idea of women working .
moreover the economic situation shift
this concept away from shame and honour to be an essential need to satisfy the
increased demeaned by individuals to live in a certain life style .
UAE Law
The UAE Laws and regulations reflect
this in the labour law (Chapter 12),
including matters related to employment contracts, restrictions on the
employment of juveniles and women, (http://uaelaborlaw.com/,
2015) .
My own view
My own point of view is that women need
to work however certain criteria need to be exist in this work . This view comes from the environment I lived
and grow up in . therefore am strongly
against woman working a hard physical job or jobs that may badly influence her
rher family in anyway
