1	Accountability - Community	President Jose suggests to the youngsters that they are accountable to the society for any action they take. Since their lives are dependent on society, they need to take society into consideration before taking any step.
2	Relationship - Situational	Mr. Jose changed the universal concept that giving women too much rights will dissolve family system. However, he felt that each relation is situational and at times the situation demands that it is better to come out of a relation than to drag it, which may actually be bad for the whole family. When children see parents fighting all the time, it can be worse than split families.
3	Growth - Material	He suggests that these days the preference is only on material growth with no focus on developing personality. Today everyone seeks material things for happiness.
4	Outlook - Innovation	In our pursuit of the many material things we have forgotten others and as a result, there is an unequal distribution of wealth. There are so many poor and so many rich people who just die without even using their money
5	Relationship - Situational	Mr. Jose is of the opinion that marriage should be formed and broken based on the relationship rather than on rules such as marriages should be forever. This shouldn’t be the case. If the relationship is not good for both husband and wife, it is better to break it.
6	Connecting - Inclusive	Mr. Jose wishes to end the war in Columbia and wants to bring the two parties on a desk where they can connect and both parties involve themselves in talks rather than in war.
7	Status - Achieved	Mr. Jose thinks that his position and status are due to his work and his service to the nation and not just by having a luxurious office or living in a palace or diving expensive cars.
8	Accountability - Community	The companies which earn so much profit from the hard work of the labourers must also give back to the community in terms of profit sharing.
9	Outlook - Tradition	Mr. Jose believes that old aged people are more traditional in their outlook and do not wish to change with time. Thus their closeness to their culture and tradition is what makes them old.
10	Accountability - Community	People doing drug trafficking should be answerable to the community for the harm they are doing by selling drugs and smuggling them.
11	Status - Achieved	Again he emphasizes the fact that status is earned rather than being able to live in palaces or living a luxury life.
12	Status – Achieved, Growth - Personal	He feels that material things like big house, big salary do not make one happy. Rather fulfilling ones’ duty toward others make them satisfied.
13	Accountability - Community	As a President, he feels accountable to the people and also wishes to make their lives better by taking decisions that are in their favour.
14	Accountability – Community, Status - Achieved	He believes that his status and position comes with a responsibility to serve the community and be accountable to the people who elected him.
15	Expression - Reveal	To say what you think is right and have a freddom to live the way you want to live, without interfering in others’ lives.
